Alright, so there's bound to be a lot of confusion about what state belongs where and which ones are new countries and all of that stuff. So to clear it up, I'd like it if everyone could post their request as to where they are and who owns them and all of that stuff and I will create a list stating such. Let me start off!

Well, I don't know, either NY is part of UK now, since she's awesome and people'd love to get their hands on NY and all the resources/market/money. But I think she'd try to strike it out on her own, she has the money/fire power, but she still has Albany as her capital to lessen the crazy.
